We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and do our best to accurately describe courses’ curriculum as well as package the most relevant and educational material into each digital product. However, if for whatever reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund.
You can request a refund for change of mind at any stage in a 30 day period for any course provided the number of accessed videos does not exceed:
- 2 videos for ‘How To Look Stylish And Modern Without Chasing Trends’ course
- 4 videos for ‘Why You Have Nothing To Wear’ series
- 6 videos for ‘How To Get Out Of A Style Rut’ training program
To help us enforce our Refund Policy, each video is tagged and our software monitors each access and the duration of the session.
We are happy to offer a refund for your full-priced membership if your trial of The Lookbook Collective has expired by no more than 5 days. No refund will be offered after the grace period.
We offer a 30-day refund period for ‘How To Get Out Of A Style Rut’ program even if you watched all the videos and still decide that the purchase was not the right decision. In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you took the steps outlined in the program, diligently carried out the exercises and the program still did not work for you.
The proof of work (action lists from each Module completed along with a moodboard and photograph exercises outlined in Module 2, 3 and 4) should be emailed to email@example.com with Refund Request in the subject line and our support team will look after you. No refunds will be granted if you do not enclose your course work.
After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.
